This riser attaches to the footrest of your recliner with velcro straps, which is easy to do, and can be placed for the best comfort. Without it, my heels just barely hung over the solid end of the recliner putting unpleasant pressure on the Achilles Tendon. With the cushion placed low on the footrest my heels are elevated. This cushion has made all the difference in the world to comfortable relaxation.

The cushion itself is nice and worked as intended. The problem for me is I have mobility issues and it’s difficult for me to get out of chairs and the way the pillow pushes your feet out when standing up, I couldn’t get my feet close enough to the chair to provide good balance to stand up.

I ordered this to give my lift chair's foot rest some height for my ankles as my legs are too long for this chair. The softness is excellent, and the comfort is great. The straps were strong until the dog got a hold of one end & there went one of the straps. I sewed it back on by hand & it seems to be holding well. The only thing I would change is the height of the overall cushion. It needs to be a couple of inches higher.

As you can see by the enclosed picture it came folded in half vacuum sealedWhen I spread it out to let it puff up. It seems to have a section in the middle that doesn't Flatten. Maybe a division for the knees? I'm leaving it for a while to puff up. Update, it has flattened but not puffed up..

I purchased this item with the help from my chiropractor. After a major surgery and from laying in a bed most of the time, my back started to give me issues and my chiropractor told me to put pillows under my knees while laying on my back and this has really helped with the issues I was having with numbness in my arms and hands.

I received the product in vacuum sealed package. It was very flat and looked like photos in other reviews (sorry didn't take picture after opening). I used a hair dryer on high heat setting and messaged/pulled on foam gently for about 10 minutes. I did manage to get it to expand to a decent level. Overall, it is soft and cushy and provides enough height to recliner leg section. Would have given 5 stars but required some effort to re-expand. Note to manufacturer, don't vacuum seal!

When I received the cushion it had been shrink wrapped! After opening the package and waiting for it to expand after 2 days I decided to use my blow dryer on it as well as I used a vacuum cleaner hose to help with expand the cushion! It’s been almost a week now and it’s not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I think a better product for the cushion needs to be used! Or don’t shrink wrap it as it causes a big bump in the middle!
