I just installed this and the shower pan did not feel flimsy. After install it felt solid under my feet and I didn’t feel like I had to be careful using it. The round support structure doesn’t flex under your feet. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. I must note that the drain hole is smaller than the drain suggested by Amazon! I had to purchase a smaller one. Overall happy with the purchase.

Took the tub out of our toy box and installed this shower pan. Fit perfectly in the tubs spot. Feels solid under your feet. Not slippery. Make sure the base you put it on is solid, we painted plywood and used that as the right height sub floor.

There is no exchange policy with this company. Also, You have to pay for the shipping back to get your refund which is more than this piece of crap is worth. WHAT A SCAM!!!! Buyers beware

The product was made of superior materials. Would have been an easy install except the pan was I tiny bit smaller than the one replaced. Good product and fast delivery
