I received my 21-gallon tank on Dec 24. The box had been damaged, and upon opening the box, I discovered a crack next to one of the ports. I contacted RecPro through their email to inform them. I received a response on the morning of the next business day informing me that another would be shipped immediately and an apology for any inconvenience. It's been two days and the replacement arrived and it's in perfect condition. I'm very impressed with their response, especially in the middle of the holiday season!

Liked the construction. Missed essential fittings to connect would be a good addition

Bought this for a van camper build. The fittings are 3/8. Everything plumbing wise for an RV or campervan is 1/2". Requires a bunch of adapters. Don't know why they don't just make it with 1/2" fittings. I will hopefully be filling it tomorrow for the first time. Will update review if there are any other issues

I assume as long as a tank holds water as designed then what's really to complain about? Only had it installed for a few weeks but it looks like it's working fine. The description is a little bit misleading, in the images it shows 1/2" fittings but the description says 3/8" and the tank is in fact 3/8" which is sort of an odd pipe size. It seems like 1/2" would always be the standard and you could bush it down if you needed 3/8 for some reason.

The tank was clean....it bows a bit.... THe issue is the 3/8 male fittings that are need....these only work with John Guest push connectors and its hard to reinterface with 1/2 in for pex and faucets and hot water tanks,,,be prepared to spend as much on fittings as the tank
