Installed this today. My RV is almost twenty years old. I had to open up the window hole 7/16th of an inch on the RV. The window installed fast a great after that. Very happy with the product.

Measurements were NOT accurate. Did NOT fit my replacement window. I have a 2021 Keystone Cougar. I of course double checked my measurements before ordering. This window frame was more nearly 3/8 off! That would require me cutting a whole lot more into my brand new rig and cutting the window frame supports inside the wall itself. The outer measurements of the window frame are not too off but that’s not what matters. The inset measurements are more off than expected. Thought worst case I would have to send it back as it says they do except returns. However it’s not done through Amazon so YOU have to pay Total for shipping. Which is the same price as the window itself. So I just paid for my broken glass to replaced and I’m stuck with this useless window in my garage. If you’re dealing with a broken window situation. Just pay someone local to replace the glass. Buying this will just end up clarion you wayyyy more time and money and hassle.

The product seems well, customer service is great. The product just didn't fit. The internal window ledge measurements listed are 29 5/8" when actually mine were closer to 29 7/8" and even this little bit was enough to make it not fit in my RV. Have images of these measurements ready when talking to Customer Service upon return as the return label that is normally sent is NOT prepaid (estimated $300 to ship back via UPS)...

The frame felt high end and the install process was straight forward and easy. A little more than I wanted to pay but now it feels like money well spent. No leaks, opens and closes very smooth, and looks great when installed.
