Bike seems well made and solid with many features and adjustments to ensure comfort while using. It is super quiet. The ledge to hold your phone can also accommodate a Kindle if you want to read while riding. The seat is a little firm, but they will send you a seat cushion free of charge if requested. Very easy to use and adjust. There are many functions you can follow on the monitor. Plus, they have excellent customer service and respond to any questions or concerns very promptly. I had my handyman do the assembly so I can’t really speak to that, but he had no trouble with it although it did take a bit of time.

The setup was easy because my son-in-law put it together.. he did state that the instructions were easy to understand. The bike is very well built. it is sturdy and does not take up a lot of space. There are 5 modes you can operate in such as time, speed and etc. Tension can be increased to make you work harder. The cost was very affordable. It is great exercise when the wind is blowing and snow is coming down.My brother also tried and ordered one.

I did a lot of research and thought this exercise bike sounded like the best value for the money. It was better than I expected! It is well designed and well built. All the parts, bolts, nuts, etc. went together well. The bike is super quiet and the pedal motion is smooth.

The set up wasn't too terrible (the cables give you a bit of trouble in the front as they're juuuuuust long enough for the space - we taped them down on one end and untaped them after they were hooked up on the bottom). It's a little bit wobbly in the front when you use it but that doesn't bother me as it's good and sturdy. It's easy to move it around (VERY light) there is even a handle on the front. The seat is much more comfortable than a tall standing bike but a cushion is needed for longer rides (a paper came with mine that I could contact the manufacturer to get a cushion (it has not arrived yet but we'll see how it is when it gets here) but that was pretty convenient. The back rest slides up and down which is a big plus for comfort. For those of a wider persuasion the handle bars by the seat are nice and wide (I was concerned) they are sturdy, I don't feel like I'm going to break it. All in all it feels worth the money it doesn't take up too much space and moves easy to vacuum underneath. I've had it for a few weeks and it's worked well for me.

I researched a number of exercise bikes and this one had some of the best reviews plus the price was very reasonable. The bike was on sale with 10% off plus there was a coupon for another $60 off bringing the price down to $209.99. I received an email the night on the day I ordered the bike from the company. They said that they were out of the model that I ordered, but would send me the next higher model W239 which was $20 more for the same price I paid. I agreed and they even sent the bike via FedEx. It took me around 3 hours to put the bike together and the instructions and hardware were easy to work with. The parts all looked very well made too. The cables were a little bit tricky trying to connect them at both ends of the tube, but manageable. The company also had an offer in with the bike for a free soft cushion by emailing them. The company also emailed me after I received the bike to make sure I was happy with their service. So far the bike works great and I am very happy with it and with the company who has gone out of their way to make me happy. It is refreshing to find a company these days that stands behind their products and has excellent support.

Prompt delivery of my bike order. Be advised the box size is 38x9x18 inches and it weighs 82 pounds. That's VERY HEAVY, so get help to move it: or, open the box and take out the lighter-weight individual parts . . the main frame & wheel part weighs 30 pounds. NOTE: I am very pleased with the main parts of this exercise bike. Most are well-constructed heavy metal. The two handle bars are thick metal rubber-coated. The Owners Manual is very detailed with a parts list and diagrams, as well as bike assembly instructions. Only a 4-star rating because I did not like the small size of the computer display screen. Seniors need a larger screen and text display.UPDATE: I am 6ft 1" and the bike works fine for me. NOTE: I found it takes 2 people to attach the monitor bar to the main frame. . . one to hold the bar while the other person connects the electric wires. BAD NEWS: My connected monitor does not work. I will have to check and rework the monitor-bar's plug connections.GOOD NEWS: I used a meter to check my two AAA batteries; one was BAD! Replaced it, and the monitor now works , , , CON: It is difficult to see the small text that indicates what MODE you are in. HOWEVER, the much larger performance numbers on the screen are easy to reed.

I bought this bicycle for my elderly grandparents as one of them has issues with their knee and the other has hip problems that prevents them from doing most conventional exercise. I settled on this bike for a couple of reasons, the seat looked somewhat reclined and comfortable, the bars on the side could help with mobility getting on and off, it’s light and portable, distance of seat was adjustable, and the price was acceptable for what it was. They have been using it daily and so far they really enjoy it. Set up took maybe 15 minutes out of the box. As other reviews have stated, the resistance may seem a little light, but for elderly folks, it’s within a comfortable range they’re able to use. Seems sturdy and stable, the screen has multiple useful metrics on it, and overall I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend for any other elderly customers.
