I'm working on some crochet flower bouquets, these are the perfect size for what I'm doing. The colors are vibrant and the yarn is excellent to work with.These are not full size skeins, they're about 4 inches long but they will have plenty of yarn for the project! They come in a plastic case that is easy to put them all back onto.

As a beginner to crochet, I had no idea where to start, so I bought one of those big kits with that comes with a bunch of tools and yarn. The yarn come was cheaply made and came in small skeins.So instead I bought this pack of yarn and a set of tools (linked below). I prefer the ergonomic hooks, which is why I bought a separate set of tools as opposed to the Red Heart Crochet Kit. The colors are bright and the yarn is great quality. Also, since this is a name brand you can easily buy more of a specific color yarn online or at your local craft store (you can’t do this with one of those big kits). The picture is my first completed project using this yarn.If you are just starting crocheting, don’t buy a cheaply made kit. Red Heart describes this as “beginner’s craft yarn†and I think that is a good description. This is utilitarian yarn. It looks, works up, and feels like cheap acrylic yarn because that’s what it is. I use it for small details of amigurumi projects, and it’s okay for that purpose. I wouldn’t use this yarn for the main body of a cuddly toy because it’s rough and has a weird feel to it- almost oily. It splits quite a bit while being worked, and in some colors the finished items look a little rough. However, the color variety is good and the yardage is fair for the price. When you need just a little amount of a color for a project and don’t want to spend money on a full skein of better quality yarn, this stuff can help you stick to your yarn budget and finish your project. If you set realistic expectations for this yarn you’ll probably be pleased with it.

These are small skeins, but plenty to work with. A good value for the price and a great variety of colors. You could always buy two or three sets of you need more as the price is great!

This yearn was easy enough to work with. It's just not soft at al, very scratchy, and feels bigger than a 4 weight.

Good variety of colors. Strong yarn. Easy to separate 4 strands into 2 strands to re-thread 75 year old carpets where they are worn to the bone so as to speak. 4 strand excellent for carpet edges. The end result old grandma tatters have new life and not easy to spot repairs unless you inspect on hands and knees. The trick of course is close color matching.I am not a person who sews or darns, but it was easy to do with this quality of yarn.

Traia todas las madejas menos la de color amarillo, lastima porque parecen de buena calidad. Los necesito para un proyecto rapido asi que no hare la devolucion, me quedare con los que vienen, por suerte no necesito amarillo, aun asi no los volveria a pedir
