I needed just 1 1" cap for my mustang antenna, bought the whole bag for cheaper than the cobra jet cap. These are plastic, not rubber, but are somewhat flexible. They are similar to the caps on the trunk lid under the spoiler. Plus now I have various sizes for whatever I need down the road.

I used these to cover the holes left when my factory installed wing broke from my old chevy car. I removed the bits left and used these to cover the holes.
