I actually use this under my cat’s litterbox enclosure to protect my hardwood floors because it’s so easy to clean! It’s heavier than I expected, but it’s sturdy and high quality. You get what you pay for! It came as described, and I can tell it will last a long time.

I previously bought a galvanized steel thinking it would hold up, it didn't so i bought this. It is over a year old and i love it. It hasn't rusted, super easy to clean, worth the money. Its heavy though. The size was perfect and it has lasted so long. Very very happy with this.

It is well crafted. No sharp corners or edges anywhere. Has a mirror finish. Literally mirror brightness, which makes cleaning it effortless since there isn’t anything for materials to attach to. Fit my specific kennel perfectly. Just following the instructions on what size you need to buy based on your kennel’s dimensions.

I always wondered why nice crates supplied flimsy plastic trays. They rapidly break and shatter under the weight of large dogs.We needed to replace ours for just this reason, and I bought the Red Hound one. It was nice they had the correct size for my older crate.This thing is wonderful! Strong, sturdy, and doesn't even flex when my Rottweiler gets in her crate. We have a Big Barker crate mattress on top.It would definitely add too much weight if you were going to travel. But for home use, I don't think it can be beat. We've had it for 2 months now, so we'll see how it holds up over time. But from the look and feel of it, it seems like it will be around for a long time. We are very pleased with our purchase!

I started using metal trays after my dog managed to *eat* the plastic tray of his crate--and the floor underneath it. The metal tray is sturdy and my dog has not shown much interest in trying to become metalvorous. (But just in case, there's a heavy duty rug under the kennel.)

My dog ate through multiple plastic kennel trays, then in return would get sick in the kennel. This was the only non-plastic option. THANK YOU. This tray saved my puppy's belly! Also super easy to clean or just hose off outside as needed.

Very well built, however, whatever coating is on the steel has turned my dogs gray making it look like they have not been cleaned in years. This product needs to be powder coated or painted. You could put a dog comforter or something over it. I would do this by my golden doodle would chew it up so I can’t. Good quality build but I’m giving it a 1 star because the information I have provided above was not in the description.

This fit perfectly for our dogs crate. We have the larger heavy duty iron crate, but the flooring is made of wire that I am sure is not that comfortable, so we ordered this pan.The pan had no rough edges, delivered earlier than promised.Yes, the packaging was not the greatest, when delivered one side of the package/box was not even sealed.I was lucky though, the pan was not damaged, scratched or stained.I defiantly would recommend, especially you have a chewer on your hands !
