Sandpaper worked excellent laying out to cut it for my 16/32 drum sander very easy because it held no memory from being rolled up I got 10 cuts out of the roll very pleased

Doesn't work on 18-36 jet drum sander! I made it work but the right side of the drum is not usable. What a disappointment! Paper so far seems fine, but I wasted 60 bucks!Update 3/10/21: I was able to return the roll. I did run a few boards through and the paper does work well. Just not the right size for my machine.

I bought this for my drum sander. It was so much cheaper than the precuts. I can take a couple of minutes to cut to size.

I'd been using and reusing the same old burned out sanding belts for my old Delta X5 18-36 belt sander. Delta discontinued the sander a long time ago, so the rolls are hard to come by - none of my regular woodworking stores carried the stuff. Bought this as a last ditch effort to keep from burning up some nice rosewood. Works like a charm - and I was able to get five full drum rolls with about 6 feet left over. Now I'm looking for all the other grits I might need!

As a woodworker I buy tons of sandpaper because every job needs to be finished and you cant get there with out sandpaper. I bought this for my 18 in drum sander to do finish sanding for small jobs. (It should be noted that I also have another dual drum sander where i run my heavy grits IE; 100 and 150.) I am not new to drum sanders and had an issue with the paper on the spool so I called red label and spoke the the engineer, who in-turn then got with the president and they quickly came up with a solution to my issue. ( I glued a small piece of extra sand paper to the backs where they slip in through the tabs on the drum sander go give more resistance thus not sliding out.) this fixed the issue and the paper works great. I use this paper on my 18 in and my 25 in drums, it stays cool does not burn the wood, and cleans very nicely. Thank you Red Label!
