I believe this power stud busbar is sturdy enough to be considered safe for my 24V PV system battery bank, even though the manufacturer advertises it for a 48V setup with 100A. I don't see any reason not to use it on a 24V 100Ah setup. I'm using 4AWG wire with 4-1/4 inch rings. When I ordered it, I chose an 8mm screw, but I should have ordered the 10mm, which would be more suitable for my setup. Nonetheless, I never pull more than 70A from my batteries. In my opinion, these dual busbars are perfect. They have a protected cap with plastic nuts that can be easily unscrewed without any tools. The busbar itself feels strong, and the bolts have a lock washer to secure the connection. I think it's a good choice.

This will not last. It’s cheap metal and thin plastic.I do not recommend
