I’ve been collecting Reed & Barton stock Christmas Bells since 1987 - the year my first son was born.Now that that son has started a family - I wanted to pass that tradition along.This is the first “customized†Bell I’ve gotten- and I am thrilled!The engraving is pristine, ( Christmas 2020 and all 3 names) beautiful packaging ( including a red velvet bag AND an Anti Mold chip to reduce tarnish!) - and arrived earlier than expected !Will definitely purchase year after year - so PURCHASE from this seller so they stay around year after year!

Very disappointed with this purchase because of the engraving. It is barely visible and not centered correctly. The "made in China" engraved inside the bell is very clear and much better done. Update. I have changed my rating to 5 stars. I was contacted by Customer service and was offered a new bell with an improved engraving. Now the names are larger and easily seen and they are centered nicely. The quality of the silver bell is what I expected from Reed & Barton. This is a gift I will be proud to give my daughter and son-in-law to commemorate their 25th Anniversary. 5 stars go to customer service for reaching out and sending a replacement in one day!

Text is shallow and not so defined. Otherwise item is very nice and lives up to expectations. I purchased three, one for each of my children and all were consistent with my review.
