No LED bells and whistles on this vest. It’s just a simple reflective vest that goes around your body. I’m a 5 foot 8 male that weighs 175lbs and it fits perfectly. Straps can be easily adjusted to make the right fit. I’ve gotten in the habit of always wearing this on runs because I live in the city and do both daytime and nighttime jogs. It’s identical in build quality to the US Army PT belts I used to wear before retiring from the Army. Very affordable and gets the job done. I have no complaints on the quality. I expect it to last many years with regular use.

This is a light weight strap that fit over a bulky winter jacket or a T-shirt or tank top. Whether a night doggie walk or an evening run it works very well. Easy to adjust and easy to put on and take off. Very reflective!

Used a variation of this in the military. My wife and I have taken up walking each morning and as winter and the time change hit so did pitch black walks. We looked around for a vest or reflector and found these and I love them! Fit well, built well, and reflect well. What more do you need?

I'm not a big BIG guy (5-10, 200, 34" waist] but wearing these I look extra fat... they're very small. Fully open the lower ('waste') strip is very tight around my belly. Looks silly but I wear them....

We bought the reflective vest gear to wear walking our dog when it is dark. They are bright and reflective as well as comfortable with strips that crisscross our chests. They work over jackets as well as tank tops as we live where it is warm. Definitely a good value for your money.
