Sometimes if this part breaks, it might be the compressor is failing. Fortunately this part is inexpensive part and easy to install. It might fix the problem. If it doesn't, you might need to replace your fridge

Used this to replace an OEM start relay for a Kenmore Coldspor fridge. The fridge worked great for about 9 months. Recently the fridge quit working. After looking further in to it. These parts have failed and burned up.
