My wife uses this with our 3 and 4 year old everyday during their "calendar time". It's held up to a 3 year old boy who can be pretty harsh on it. It's easy to hang and use on any wall where tacks can be used. For how cheap it is, the value is well worth the money. We turn the date backwards everyday and help the kids learn their days of the week as well as upcoming events. Decent build quality, very functional and easy to create your own inserts if you don't like the ones it comes with.

Using this in our homeschooling and it has been a great addition! Large and colorful. Laminating the pieces means we will be able to use this for years to come! Any calendar items we want that weren't included we just make ourselves to add to the set (like Palm Sunday or St. Patrick's Day, Vacation days, or dinner guests, etc.)

This pocket calendar is an excellent choice for public school classrooms and home-schooling. I was impressed with the quality. The pocket chart itself is large and made with large pockets and strong seams to hold up to monthly calendar changes. I didn’t expect the cards for the years (up to and including 2031), months, days, and holidays to be laminated, but they are on the front of them. They’ll last for years to come. This set is so worth the price!

This is overall a great product. The vinyl is sturdy and will hold up well.. but the cards are THIN. It’s a tedious process to sit and punch out each one and you have to be careful or they tear! Graphics on months and holidays are okay, but doesn’t affect the function and purpose of the calendar.

My classroom isn't your standard primary colors classroom. I've tried to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere, so bright colors have been minimized. This means that I've been replacing my old pocket charts with neutral-colored ones. My district requires us to use the Every Day Counts calendar curriculum, so I needed to find a pocket chart that fits the EDC calendar cards. I also have some other calendar pieces from the Carson Dellosa Deluxe Calendar Pocket Chart and the Scholastic Classroom Resources Pocket Chart Monthly Calendar, as well as pieces I've created myself (3"x3"). They all fit in this pocket chart! The pocket chart seems to be well-made and sturdy. There are some cute holiday and special day calendar pieces that come with the chart (to my untrained eye, the illustrations are kind of anime-ish).There are two cons: First, every once in a while, I need 6 rows for the calendar pieces if it's a 31-day month that starts on a Friday or Saturday. There are only 5 rows on this pocket chart (standard for most other pocket charts, too) for the days of the month. I can move the days of the week pieces up to where the month and the year pieces are to give me that extra row, but the stitching that separates the month and the year pieces can get in the way. Second, the clear plastic is very shiny, making it a little difficult to read the pieces. I'm wondering if I can give the clear plastic a little spritz of clear matte spray paint to knock down the shine (I do this with my laminated signs and posters).Overall, I'm very pleased with this pocket chart. It's a very good deal for the price (and I bought it with my own money, so expectations were high).

Very cute colorful and fun way to introduce the calendar, days, months and year to little ones. The pieces are a great size for their little hands, but I do recommend heat laminating with at least 3mil sheets to get many years of use .. the big school machine laminator is just too thin and flimsy to allow these to last (if you know, you know! LOL). I'm using these on a large foam board calendar with hook and loop dots on the back of each piece and the students take turns to add each day on. With special education preschoolers it is so important to prepare them for any disruption to the normal routine so I especially like the special day, field trip and blank cards which I add at the beginning of the month. It allows me to discuss the event with a visual for them each day leading up to the event. The blank cards are also useful for writing in school spirit days ("wear tie dye day" "Dr Seuss day" "school pride shirt day" etc). I also appreciate that the year cards go through 2028. This is definitely a great value for the money and a fun visual tool for the classroom.

The calendar is nice. However, it did not come with the sticky hooks as indicated in the picture. I ordered twice and still no sticky hooks. Please take the picture down if hooks will not be provided. It’s very misleading. If I knew that I would have purchased the hooks or ordered something else.

This pocket chart calendar is a wonderful addition to any classroom. It’s incredibly easy to use, with clear, well-organized pockets that make changing the dates quick and simple. The vibrant design not only enhances the classroom but also adds a visually appealing element to the space. What sets this calendar apart is its thoughtful design, with dates that allow it to be used for several years, making it a great long-term investment. Durable and practical, it’s perfect for keeping students engaged and organized throughout the school year.

It’s a perfect size to fit on my whiteboard, plus it came with everything. Just know that its from the US, so it comes with US Holiday cards.

Il manque des cartons dans l'ensemble de calendrier. Je n'ai pas les cartons des jours de la semaine et il manque les années.
