The VRA900B provides an alternative to the higher priced Electroline FT08300 and PCT VC9U, while providing some additional capabilites that other products cannot provide. The VRA900B provides a full set of 8 amplified output ports. Each port carries the exact same signal level as the input port carries - in both the forward and reverse directions. This unique design makes the VRA900B a true lossless splitter in both directions, allowing you to connect virtually any cable TV device and enjoy worry-free operation. All 8 ports can be used for any type of device including a cable modem. The VRA900B also provides a Modem Bypass port. The bypass port allows you to connect any device to the amplifier (usually a cable modem or VoIP phone device) and insure operation of that device in the event of a power failure.The amplifier is surge protected and waterproof. It also has a unique mounting design that allows the amplifier to be mounted either horizontally or vertically with two separate sets of mounting brackets. This provides you with the best options for mounting the amplifier anywhere inside or outside your home. Supports operation from -40 degrees to +140 degrees Fahrenheit. The amplifier can be powered from any location using an optional (not included) power inserter. Power supply and F59 Terminators are included. Connection cables not included.

I purchased this product back in 2021 and it's been working in my freezing and 130ºF attic for 3+ years without any issues. I like that I can connect a single antenna to it and use existing coax lines to 4 bedrooms, a game room, a living room, and a patio. Good product and I recommend it.UPDATE 11/21/2024: I just noticed that, although this is a zero-loss device, it doesn't provide any signal boost. I've ordered another 8-port device that offers a 4db boost to see if it'll improve my reception.

This works great but remember to install it as close to the antenna as you can. Improved my reception from around 25 channels to over 40.

Purchased this for a new home we were building. Worked great for a while, then everything went dead. Bypassed the amplifier and things work. So this unit failed after less than 5 months use.Contacted support, very good and will replace it if needed. Even recommended a different item to replace for what I am using it for. Updated my rating because of excellent support and warranty.

Was told by Comcast I needed a booster after they changed their signal strength. What a difference a booster makes! Internet speed are back where they used to be 4 years ago. (Now to update my router!) ðŸ‘🤪

These guys know their stuff. Instructions were clear (simple plug and play) but I also enjoyed the explanation on what’s going with the unit and how it works.Added one more box after remodeling our basement and needed more access points for cable (xfinity) and this did the trick.Quality is top notch - would recommend the purchase.

The local cable company had a number of cascaded 2 and 3 way splitters to take the input from the street to provide cable connections to the various areas in our house. The power amplifier was also in a different room from the 3 cascaded splitters in the hall closet which was the distribution center.Long story short, many rooms would have problems with signal strength. The cable modem for the internet would have signal/strength issues, etc.This was the perfect answer for me in that I was able to split the signal from the input to all of the rooms in one location. Provide the power for the amplifier in that same location. To properly cap/terminate the connections that I didn't need to any unused ports.I haven't had cable signal to cable boxes or cable modem retransmit or connection issues since using this. This was the right way to divide the connections across our house.

I purchased this product on July 22, 2022, for $64.87 along with Asurion Insurance for $8.65..... this product stopped working aroud March 1, 2023..... I filed a claim they sent a return slip and once I dropped the defective product off at a UPS center they refunded my money (without tax) I repurchased this same product thinking that this same product is still covered under the 3 year Asurion insurance plan....... The same 9 port bi-directional cable splitter signal booster was purchased on March 25, 2023, this lasted 40 days and crashed just like the first oneI Today I attempted to file a claim thinking I was still covered through the orignal purchase.... I WAS WRONG.... ALL ASURION INSURANCE ARE A ONE TIME USE WITHIN THAT 3 YEAR PERIOD..... MY ADVICE IS DO NOT BUY ANY AMAZON OFFERED PRODUCTS THAT OFFER ASURION INSURANCE THAT MEANS THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS ARE MORE THAN LIKEY TO FAIL.....THATS HOW THEY MAKE THERE MONEY..... I CAN NOT GET BACK MY TIME AND EFFORT AND TRAVEL GAS RETURNING PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT LAST OR WORK!

Took a chance and ordered this as a replacenent for an existing more expensive unit that blew. Work like a charm with cogeco cable. Hopefully it will last.

This unit is capable of splitting a good signal to many other units. It is easy to install and works like a dream. The only downside was that they didn’t supply an Australian converter plug.

held enough cable outlets and has a phone outlet. I had some channels which didn't come in when I hooked it up the came in instantly
