Product sent to me by the company for review.All opinions are my own.I have been consistently using a Reliable Iron for over a year now and love it, so when they offered to send this steamer in exchange for a review, I was more than happy to accept.I've been using this for about a month and TLDR: I genuinely LOVE it. I've used other steamers both for cleaning and sewing/knitting etc. and there are some really nice features here that make it stand out from other brands and products I've used.Cleaning:1) I find I can usually get about a room clean per fill-up. I don't know how the steam lasts like it does-- but I was skeptical when I first saw the size of the tank, and surprisingly pleased with the results.2) I was able to use the power extension to remove wall/paint marks that I hadn't been able to remove otherwise! I tried the cleaning products/magic erasers etc. And the turbo setting of the steamer cleaned up areas I otherwise considered a lost cause.3) It incorporated into my cleaning routine easily and replaced or augmented the cleaning products I was already using.4) PETS! We have 2 large dogs and 3 cats. They're lovely but man... do they multiply the housekeeping load.It's really nice, between carpet shampoos, to be able to run the steamer over rugs to sanitize after vacuuming.Also, I'm forever looking for the safest way to sanitize the litter boxes and this baby is a winner! Odors are down, I use one attachment exclusively for the boxes and wipe them out with a bit of dish soap-- then steam them to sanitize-- voila!5) Mattresses & sofas! The floor attachment is great for more than just floors. When changing the sheets, I've been running the steamer over the mattress and cushions again-- to sanitize in a house of pets.6) Grout, tile, bathroom and kitchen-- the steamer comes with brush accessories, the more abrasive of them are fantastic for cleaning in the bathroom and shower, and the turbo function is great for getting into hard to reach corners and nooks.Specialty note:An added benefit of this steamer for me is that I am able to use it for my work! I test & edit sewing and knitting patterns day to day, and find myself making a TON of those patterns. If you're a sewist or yarn-user like I am, you KNOW how beneficial steam can be. I've attached a video of me steam blocking a little cowl for reference.A few other notes:1) It's easy to know when the steamer is on and ready (the light at the top turns solid red) and it heats up very quickly-- usually within 30 seconds.2) You don't have to hold down the button while using it! Just push to turn on, then push again to turn off. I imagine this will be helpful for those who may have hand/wrist/arm/fine motor concerns.3) Storage is easy-- it comes with its own mount (we have ours centrally located, hanging on the back of a door). It hangs with a cord wrap and accessory storage for a minimal footprint.I realize this could actually ding my credibility but I'm struggling to identify cons that are unique to the product-- it's been so revelatory in our house that we are planning on gifting one to each of our recent college-grad niblings for their first apartments.I suppose the instruction book could be a bit more robust-- and there's not a place specifically to store the floor-wand/extension when just using the steam gun portion. These are really minor issues, though.

To be completely honest, I got this because it has a wall mount and I wanted to be able to hang it up next to our Dyson vacuum cleaner (which I absolutely love). I also got this because it has a central "body" piece and a TON of accessories that you can clip in and out of the body.My only complaint is that the cord somehow always gets in the way, but I'm willing to deal with the cord for the otherwise easy maneuverability and the price. (I'm also a bit confused about why I was asked to rate this for hardwood floors. I've read a few recommendations for using a steam mop on wood floors, but I've found way more that cautions against using a steam mop on wood floors.)

It's awkward to use cuz it's so top heavy n despite the steam setting, it still left streaks on my tile floor. The handheld feature to clean grout is nice but look at the brush head after just one brief use on grout around one tile.

I love this steamer. I’ve used it to clean the little in between spaces that nothing else seems to clean, and it works great! It’s also great for steam cleaning my floors and it gets them clean without any chemical cleaners. I love all of the options with the attachments!

Broke after a couple weeks use. Save your $$$. Flimsy construction

It does not feel sturdy. Head too big to get in small areas. Hard to maneuver. I had an earlier version that was smaller and much more sturdy. The water container lid broke and they don't offer a replacement.

Light weight, use it all the time, don't know why I didn't buy one years ago. Good quality, easy clean up, and works great.

Used for laminate flooring and tiles. Tried carpet, didn’t clean it.

This steam cleaner mop is simple to use and I like that it comes with everything to hang it up so it’s not in the way… I love it so far.It was easy for me to get this all set up and my spouse helped me get the wall mount bracket hung up. I like that I can start using this whenever I want pretty quickly and I don’t have to worry about any chemicals as it’s just water. It heats up quickly and it does its job as expected with no issues I can find. The cord is a good length that I don’t struggle to reach anywhere needed.It doesn’t feel the most stable but it works and I’m not having any problems with it. The storage bag keeps all of the accessories out of my way but still easily accessible when needed.Overall my floors are cleaner and it’s simple to use for me… I’m loving it and I’ll be continuing to use it.

This steam cleaner makes cleaning floors so easy. The set comes with everything needed and more, from a convenient wall mount to a storage bag. There are multiple attachment heads which can be used depending on the different surfaces you’re cleaning.My favourite part is that steamer allows you to clean surfaces without the use of harsh chemicals, since it only uses water. It’s very simple to use and heats up quickly. The cord length is good enough to allow you to get most jobs done. Plus, the removable handheld unit is perfect for the more difficult to reach areas.This steam cleaner is perfect for those looking to maintain a clean and chemical-free home. I was very impressed to see how effective the use of just water was to clean. If you’re on the fence, I suggest going for it! You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Easy to put together. Fill it with water and you're ready to go. I like that it comes with two pads. Lots of other accessories as well. Easy to use with one hand. For a while I was holding the trigger which I found hard on my wrist. After a few times using it I realised I only had to press the trigger once to turn it on. Press it again to turn it off. It fits under our toe-kick space of our cupboards. Cleans our floors well. Easily lifts and cleans dried up messes (thanks to my kids there are plenty)Comes with a storage rack, which is nice but we lack space so I haven't used it. It goes into our closet. Because of that I wish there was an option to wrap the cord on the mop itself. I can wrap it but it's loose and falls off. Other then that there aren't any negatives that I found.
