Bought to use on new flat grill to move fat to fat holder, hole in grill to catch fat. Just moving fat no long term contact, melted edge of item. Thought it was for high temp, but notta.

Used this on my flat top a few times, it simply doesn't hold up to the claim of high heat -- so unless you like plastic pieces in your food, avoid this and go with something else (I ended up buying the Pit Boss brand which so far is much better and bigger in size)
