I love this purchase so much. The purple color and the size and the quality are all A-1. I use mine to scoop the clean cat liter from the bag into the liter box. Three light scoops and the box is good to go. It has made my life easier and works great for my purpose. This would be good for many uses (garden, bird seed, party), and I'd love to hear what others are using it for. I think this would make a cool gift too. It is the sort of thing that everyone would want, they just don't know it. And the fact it is purple...well...who doesn't love a jumbo purple scoop?

I had a large aquarium that I needed to change the substrate out on. In the past, I used pitchers and cups to scoop the old substrate out. But with a flat bottom container, I needed a flat scoop to get into the sides and corners. This scoop is heavy duty and sturdy. It’s very thick plastic. I took out huge amounts of wet sand without any bend or give in the scoop handle. This made the job so much easier and faster! There is a small curve to the edges of the scoop, so you still can’t get into the corners, but you can get pretty close! I sprayed it clean with the water hose and now I use it to dig out every bit of potting soil in totes.

Got this to refill cat litter from large boxes that aren't easy to lift. Works perfectly for that purpose, the scoop is truly huge.

Multi purpose unit.I use it to remove the last bit of water from the backyard fish pond during periodic cleaning. Hasn’t worn the plastic down from the rough cement bottom as of yet. I’m sure to get many years of use out of it. And my wife likes it because I’m not destroying her large plastic cups on the pond anymore. Domestic bliss in a plastic scoop! Can’t beat that…
