I unfortunately purchased 2 and they are not pairing with my ceiling fan. They do NOT come with instructions. I do not recommend purchasing.

I bought my fan at an auction and the remote was missing. I ordered this one based on the description in the fan listing and it works perfectly! Very easy setup, too!
