Had purchased a similar item on eBay that promised to fit my Pioneer headphones with removable cable.Yet after 2 different cables, they would not make full contact in the jack. I purchased to replace the original cable that got damaged. It works great and is a little longer than the original which suits me fine. Sound is the same as the original wire.

I've bought this product twice within the past couple of months. When the first cord broke (can only hear sound from one side), I didn't think much of it at the time, and decided to buy another thinking I just got unlucky. The second cord broke within a month as well (sound cutting off whenever I touch the cord or reposition it). I get it; it's cheap, so I shouldn't have expected much, but I also shouldn't have to pay around 90$ per year just to listen to music assuming I need a new cord every month. Otherwise, the sound quality is great, but only enough for a limited time. For reference, the official cord I had with the headphones last me about 3 years until I lost it.

Just get this and look no further. Skip the microphone, which is the part that is usually breaking for everyone. Let's be realistic, you don't need it. The housing of the 3.5mm and 2.5mm jacks are very sturdy and long, I can see this cable holding up for a long time.
