Step 1 : Hold both sides with 2 fingers, while squeezing and pulling up the battery cover
Step 2 : Unplug old battery, plug in new battery, slide cover back close.
Will fit and work perfect.

Did NOT hold a charge. 3 hours and it would be dead. I use a head set for 8 hours a day and it never gave out so soon. I had to put it on charge at 3 hours and it was not good. Never buy it again.

Battery is perfect fit for my headset. Easy to install. didn't rate "Sheerness" because I don't know what that has to do with a battery, and didn't rate "Battery life" because I've only had it a few weeks.
