This item came new in box. Gave my tow light a full charge. Very happy with it. Working with this company was also wonderful. The product somehow got lost in mail ( as sometimes does happen) and they fully refunded me no problem! Then the tow cord was suddenly delivered and I reached out to them to pay for it. They were so kind to say don’t worry about it! I look forward to ordering more stuff off them!!

Charges perfect. The 90 degree plug keeps the cord slim to the unit as it charges so it won't catch and break.
