My 12 yearold faucet had reent;y started leaking - only a little, but still steadily. I ordered a rerplaemetn ball and seals to fix it. They came on time and were exactley waht was expected. They installed easily. The leaj stopped and the faucet operates normally.

Finally stopped the drip in my faucet. This is the second kit I have ordered. The first was plastic and probably the wrong size. This one was an exact duplicate for the original. Easy in - no drips.

I purchased this kit as a replacement for my Delta Model 174 kitchen faucet. The Delta parts manual calls for RP70 Ball Assembly. I noticed immediately that the groove in the side of the replacement ball did not match the original Delta part. In the photo the left side is the original Delta part and the right side is the purchased replacement. I installed the included seats and springs and the ball assembly anyway to see if it would work and it did not. The handle had to be slightly off center to completely shut off flow. I removed the replacement ball and inserted the original Delta ball assembly and the faucet worked without having to be slightly off center to shut off completely. I removed the Delta part and inserted the replacement again and the replacement again dripped if the handle wasn’t slightly off left. It looks like all I needed was to replace the seats and springs which did their job. The replacement Ball Assembly did not. I don’t often give bad reviews so I wanted to be as specific as possible with this product. I would not recommend this product as a replacement for Delta RP70.
