This is my all-time favorite comb for grooming and it's the one I'm always reaching for. It just seems to glide through the hair easier than my other combs and gets out more undercoat. Very sturdy. Well worth the money. I do find the plain stainless version works better than the colored one.

I loved my original Resco comb. I've been using it for 20 years now but I finally broke off one of the bristles. I thought it would be awesome to have a pink comb so I got that one. At first I was disappointed if how it went through the coat based on my past experience with this comb. I highly recommend the original and the pink coated one did get better with time but I groom a lot of did in a day and it took a couple of months of combing to get it to feel smooth going through the coats.

This is the second Resco comb I bought. We live in a cold dry climate in the winter and brushing out the ice boogers, burrs and matts off the dogs daily generates a lot of static and floating hair so I thought how awesome would anti static be...Honestly I don't think it works at all and I am back to rubbing the dogs with a dryer sheet before grooming. After a few weeks I can already see the coating/paint wearing so I am not sure how long its going to be blue much less provide any "zapping" relief. Its a nice combination comb though, fairly heavy duty teeth and well made, good enough to pull/split matts on one end and smooth on the other for dogs. The teeth are fairly smooth so they don't scratch the skin and long enough to get through thick winter coats. I already had one of the big utility combs so this was purchased specifically for the "anti-static" benefit and I just don't see it. I gave it 3 stars since its still a great comb even without anti-static properties. Maybe in a climate with more humidity it may be beneficial but here its just a pretty blue comb.

These are the best combs for grooming dogs! I bought a different metal comb and it just slid through my dog’s fur. This one does a great job removing any loose hair. The combs look similar but THIS is the one that’s the best for grooming.

I have a very elderly 19-year-old long-haired cat that needs regular grooming. I've been using a steel comb on her for years, and it works well enough. I don't know what it is about this comb, but it slides through snags like they're hardly even there, and it _takes them with it_. Any clumps of loose hair that were going to cause a mat later? They just come right out in a wad. It's uncanny.It's the long-tooth version of the same comb my groomer uses, and now I know why she likes it. I may even eventually be able to use it on the Ragdolls (who hate being combed) rather than taking them to her every few months. Very glad I bought this comb.

I used to show cats and used about a 6 inch comb on my cats. Now I’m getting back into it and have lost my wholesale supplier so I thought I would try this. It’s actually bigger than what it says.

This is an excellent comb. It goes thru her hair smoothly. It does not pull or hurt her like the other cheap combs do.

Most combs lose their teeth when being used to demat coats. Irbthe teeth just don't bite intonthebcost well enough. Resco combs work first time every time and have a lifetime guarantee for the teeth. This is the Bugatti of combs!! And the red color makes it easy to spot amid the hair on the table, or when it falls on the floor! As a professional groomer, I have Lusted after more resco combs and now I have found a source!!

I have a pomeranian with extremely thick undercoat and very long hair prone to knots. This is the best comb I have ever used in him. The comb's tooth are very long and very good quality (oval shape not flat), making it easier for my hands. The combing takes less time - I recommend it. Can even used professionally.

I have a 140lb Shiloh Shepherd with a very thick, double, Canadian winter coat. So far this comb has held up so I am pleased and would recommend it. The teeth are smooth and don't scratch the skin. I also use it on my short hair cat so she doesn't feel left out and she loves it!
