Rescue Retriever is a smoke detector designed to aid firefighters and first responders in identifying and rescuing pets in a smoke or fire emergency. When smoke is detected, it emits an immense strobing light to guide firefighters to the pet's location, increasing the chances of a successful rescue. With Rescue Retriever, pet owners can have peace of mind knowing their furry family members have a better chance of survival during an emergency.

Placement and installation for Rescue Retriever

Placement

For roaming pets- You place the Rescue Retriever where your pets reside most or where they go when they get scared. You know your pets best. Firefighters will use the strobing feature to search the area you place it first upon arrival.

For crated pets- The Rescue Retriever is essential. Simply use the back clip to slide directly on your pet crate (fits most standard pet crates). If your pet crate bars are too large or you have a dog that chews, place Rescue Retriever on the nearest wall or door to room the pet crate is in.

Thankfully I haven’t had to use this product yet. It attaches easily to the crate and gives me peace of mind that my dog is safe in the event of a fire.

This is great! Hope I never need it though. Our dogs hide upstairs when the stove starts to smoke even the littlest bit so this is a great device to have God forbid the unthinkable happens.
