I bought this to protect my carpet from my elderly dog that can’t “control himself†anymore. It has been on my carpet for about 8 months and it is still in place. It’s easy to clean as well. It’s not as heavy as I would think, which is okay. It’s not slippery. It covers my carpet nicely, so it’s the perfect size. I did measure and cut, so it is in strips. It serves its function and I will buy another roll when I am ready to replace it. I definitely find this valuable for its price.

Obviously the most expensive and it’s flexible and you can see where it’s wavy. I don’t know if it’s thick enough to ever flatten out entirely. The other one I was looking at was more for low pile and seem to obviously be thinner. It’s not like I need something really thick too Protect the carpet, but I need it to stay in place as much as possible and I figured thicker might be better even though it’s just to keep the carpet clean and keep it from matting. My last white carpet got matted and it was a total mess and now that I replace it with $350 carpet I don’t want a repeat , I’ve decided to only put it in front of the park. People sit because it’s obvious even though it’s clear but it’s not that noticeable where it is. Hopefully it will keep a carpet clean and matted then it will be worth it. I do think it was overpriced , but the best option available. Some people mention the smell. Yes, it smells like a plastic! I’m sure that’ll go away in time.

This is the best carpet protector I’ve ever bought! It’s very sturdy, not too thin and thick enough to be strong and durable. I liked it so much I needed one more roll to finish the guest room. I could’ve chose a different brand but, this brand worked out so well, I purchased it again. Strong and durable, stays down easy and easy to cut! Good all the way around!

Can I return this after it was cut to fit in my home?Very thin. The spikey things aren't for thick carpet as described. They barely grip at all and do not stay put. I would send it back but it had to be cut to fit.I will buy in a brick & mortar store next time so I know what I am getting.Do not recommend.

THIS PLASTIC RUNNER IS DEFINITELY STURIER THAN OTHERS I'VE TRIED.MOST OF THE ROLL-UP WRINKLES ARE FLATTENING OUT QUICKLY, WHILE A FEW WILL TAKE A LITTLE LONGER - NO PROBLEM. DELIVERY WAS QUICK AND EASY AS USUAL. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.PETER JAMIESON

I just had my carpet cleaned and wanted a substantial runner for my hallway that wouldn't slip or move around. It was more flimsy than expected, definitely NOT industrial grade. It's okay, but not as expected.
