Durable bands! I had purchased a different brand and during use kept rolling. These are roll proof and very sturdy! Love the bag that comes with it too! Happy exercising!

Very, very stiff. Not elastic like I have used previously. The set is very well made and comes with a bag to keep them all together which I appreciated. I started with the band that is marked "light" ....the green one. I can hardly get any movement from it. Update......I ordered a different set of stretchy bands for my original use. I have started using these bands in a different way and they are working out great for that. They have more "give" now that I have used them a bit. I will update my review from 2 stars to 5.

The quality is so great for the price! The material, slip resistance and durability are top notch. I would definitely recommend.

When they came in the mail they had a gross smell but after uses it went away. I love the greens and how they ombre as they increase in resistance. The inside of them has a rubber coating to prevent slipping and is super helpful!

Definitely had to leave a review because these bands are the truth. I’ve used several bands in the past and they were very thin and flimsy and wasn’t durable. The elasticity on these bands are great. The resistance is wonderful .. And what’s amazing is they give you a variety in colors? They go on with comfort, not too tight, not too loose .. I’m in the gym six days a week so having proper equipment is life.. Definitely five star

These are perfect for people that like to work out . They are sturdy and durable . They are very comfortable to use . Not to mention they stretchy
