Used in Pilates class and worked great. I used 2 of the 3 lengths during the class. Found them to be very durable with great resistance. Just what I was looking for in bands.

I got these bands because I needed one that would “give†a lot. I’m at the point after my rotator cuff surgery where I need to build strength. I’m just starting out with those exercises and wanted a band that would be manageable for me. They are kind of stiff but will work with them anyway and get some feedback from my physical therapist. The bands seem durable, have a nice feel to them, and are priced right.
