I bought these since gyms are closed. I also got a pull up bar that goes on the door frame and push up bars. Together with these things I am able to get a pretty good work out! Do pull ups and stuff and burn out with the band with rows and bicep curls. Do push up and narrow push ups and burn out with tricep pull downs and other tricep exercises with the bands. Totally worth the 16 bucks! Probably the cheapest you can get for such a good product. Make sure you go online to find good exercises for the bands. Hook the bands to a door knob, close the door and make sure to do the exercises OUTSIDE of the door. This takes pressure off of the door knob and make for a very sturdy anchor!

Honestly a really good product, been using it to help with pull up progressions, but the only problem is the band smell strongly of rubber since its factory new.

I actually bought this to stretch out my back. Works great to stretch upper back. I double it up for arm work outs too. Light weight. Can wrap around railings and you can double it up for more resistance
