I purchased the restaurant pager system expecting reliable performance, but it has been quite disappointing. The signal quality is poor, often losing connection even within a short range, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays. The system is not user-friendly; navigating through the settings is cumbersome and unintuitive. Additionally, the pager lock function is unreliable, sometimes failing to secure the pagers properly, which is a significant inconvenience. The overall quality of the product feels subpar, with several units showing wear and tear after minimal use. The installation process was more complicated than anticipated, requiring multiple adjustments to get it working correctly. I hope the manufacturer addresses these issues in future versions.

I had a very frustrating experience with this restaurant's calling page system. First, the wait time was far longer than expected, and the system kept telling us our table was "almost ready" but never provided an accurate update. We kept checking in with the staff, but they seemed just as confused as we were about the status.

Short, Sweet, and Simple Review. I am beyond thankful for this product. I have been using this product in our restaurant for our service window to page our servers alerting them that their table's food is ready for them to bring out. We used to just yell the server's names but after hearing this for years as well as the yelling not creating the best atmosphere for our guests, this system has made our kitchen quieter and more efficient. Our guest's food doesn't sit in the window nearly as long now and the expo/coordinator in the kitchen doesn't have to yell and hope that the server they called for herd their name. The range for this product is impressive and covers our entire restaurant including the patio. Operation of this is very easy and we have only had some minor issues with some of the pagers not vibrating or lighting up, but it was fixed by allowing it to recharge and reset itself. This product has also helped with being able to communicate more efficiently with management in the front during situations where it was needed. I highly recommend this product for any looking for a product like this.

This machine is very light and simple, the price is a bit high, and it is OK to use. There is a sensor that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. A customer said he didn't receive the call, and I don't understand. I'm really sorry for this customer.
