This pager system exceeded my expectations. So far, it performs very well. My only complaint is that the screw holes on the back of the pagers align perfectly with the charging prongs in the base in the event that one of your employees puts the pager in upside down (see photo). It then becomes very difficult to remove. You have to use a flat piece of plastic to wedge in the base to push the prongs to be able to pull the pager back out. The plastic card cover on the front of one of the pagers actually makes an ideal tool to dislodge a stuck pager. I still give it 5 stars, though. I'd buy again.

The work well, the charge holds, and the range is sufficient for our 4000 sf restaurant. HOWEVER, the beeping is the most annoying sound on earth and the volume cannot be adjusted. It is possible to set them to only vibrate, but if our customers aren't paying attention, they don't feel it and then we can't hear the sound to find them.

Lo compré pero no creo en el alcance que se publica de 1 km. Ayer los recibimos y los probamos a una distancia aprox de 500 m y funcionó perfectamente.Me agradó que tienen un espacio para que le pongas tu propio logo.
