This worked great to hang up separation/privacy curtains in my puppy kennels. Exactly what I needed to keep two new mommas from seeing each other and getting upset, which could have caused harm to the young puppies. Easily retractable to remove the curtains when no longer needed.

This is very stylish. It doesn't LOOK like a clothesline but it is! Very easy to set up, just mount on the wall and pull the string. It has a knob next to it that locks and unlocks it. I mean you could toss this in a basement laundry room but you wouldn't be wrong to use this in a closet or in the more visual places in the home. It's that sleek. Very impressed with this little box.

This clothesline doesn't even hold 2 lightweight blouses. It sags close to the ground and does not tighten up. There is no way it can hold around 40 lbs as advertised.

This is mostly plastic. Very flimsy. The wall anchors are pretty solid and hold very nicely. But the rest is pretty cheap. The whole casing is plastic with colored to look like metal. Removing the end of line is very difficult . I’m returning this. It did not work for me.
