I use these for boiling most pasta and veggies. It works great! Just pour the larger pasta in (some elbows are too small and a few will fall through.), lower it into the pot of boiling water, and give it the occasional stir. When the pasta is done, simply pull the packet out of the pot with a heavy duty tongs, and voilá! I tie a slip knot at the end, so it’s easy to open. I can either rinse and reuse (which I normally do) or just toss the bag. No trying to dump all that boiling water into the colander, when I can just rinse the pasta right in the bag!Best way to boil potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and so much more!I love the quality and reuse abilities of this brand. It’s a winner winner, for my pasta dinner!

I bought these bags to steam clams in them. Put 2 dozen in bags. Bags held up nicely. Believe they can hold 3 dozen easily. Definitely will be using these for other foods that can be boiled, or steamed. Great product.

I hated having to dig out the potatoes and carrots out of my roast but I liked cooking them all together for flavor. Now I put the potatoes in a bag and the carrots in a bag put the bags in with the roast and I can pull out the bags after they cook and arrange everything on a platter beautifully.

These bags worked great for our seafood boil. We were able to feed the masses quickly by separating everything out in bags. The bags held together very well. No tears or rips even with the crab claws and crawfish. Will be ordering this product again.
