The great: No more clutter by the sink! It looks great! We also put in a built-in hand soap dispenser to finish the look. Bought the Stainless Steel 6581 Tip-outs. They are sturdy and look good (for the very brief time when they are open)The good: These were relatively simple to install (I'm marginally handy). But only because I did it *before* the sink was installed. I could not have done this post-sink installation as the clearance is so tight. Drilling the holes and tightening the screws would have been a nightmare -- unless the sink was removed. These are listed as "removable". Doing so requires loosening the screws that keep them mounted to the panel. One could choose to keep the screws loose all the time but I do not. An occasional wipe-out is sufficient.The bad: Except for the illustration the instructions were pretty useless, but not necessary .

The trays are very sturdy quality stainless material. The tilt out hinges I did not use because I installed same type previusly in my bathroom. They do not tilt out far enough. They snap shut on your fingers when you reach in to get anything out unless you keep one hand holding the panel open. You can see the panel twist out unevenly using a single centered mounted pull handle. I always wondered what that fake sink kitchen drawer was capable of doing until I saw a picture and had to have. Helps with hiding the sink stoppers and/or sponges. I don’t have to keep bending down to open the sink door to store that stuff away all the time. Just the right size. Sturdy and easy to open. I didn’t install it so I can’t speak on that. Overall great hideaway!

This hinge system makes for a great little 'secret compartment' storage space for little things like scrub sponges and brushes. Installation is a little challenging, but the enclosed instructions are pretty clear.

Love, love, love this product. Works great for our sponges and cleaning wands, and also doubles as a trash chute so we don't have to take the child-proof locks of the cabinet below the sink to access the trash can.
