Ordered to fix our broken one and this was the perfect fit to replace it. Was fairly easy to install but need to follow the instructions. The plastic was heavy duty and should last us a long time. Works great!

The unit is very sturdy and isn’t difficult to install. So much sturdier than the shelf that was replaced. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

As stated the directions are not the best, but I used this to replace a 30+ year old unit.The bottom bracket is self explanatory, use the paper template to line up properly if you don’t have existing holes from a previous installation. (Picture one), remember to measure and ensure equal distance for square fit.Getting all the pieces into the cupboard takes some trial and error, the bottom shelf slides onto the rod from the bottom. The set screw is for final height adjustment if your door is hitting the cabinet threshold (picture 2). I put both shelves into the cabinet then put them on the rod inside the cabinet. You have to walk the bottom piece into the bracket for the best fit and then slide the top into the holder. (Picture 3) is the set screw for your largest height/fit adjustment. Gently push down on the shelves to set them into the metal pins.As for mounting the doors (picture 4) it is trial and error but I used a right angle drill to start my first hole, top outside edge of the shelf. Then I did the inside, ensure your door is tight against the shelf.It works best with a plastic wedge as a spacer on the threshold to set door height but I used a stay of notecards because they were handy.*note that this is “almond†model and it is cream, that’s not poor photo resolution it’s what the color actually looks like.Lastly the shelves have a nice lip on the edge to prevent anything from falling behind and jamming your cupboard.

Product is well made and seems strong enough. BUT, the installation directions are terrible! I am a DIY person and have built cabinets, our home, etc. but and if you aren't a patient DIY type individual, you will probably be well off to hire a craftsman to install it. Don't expect the instructions to be of any assistance.

Easy to install and the instructions were a big help! I would buy another if needed!

Moved into a older home and we redid the kitchen but did not have the budget for redoing the cabinets. The lazy susan was broken and would not stay level or close. We had a handyman come over and try to get back on and it would work only temporarily. My son was trying to surprise me and he ordered this and installed for me. Now the installation was a bit of headache but that was mostly due to tight spacing. But, he got it on and it works amazing! Now, I just repainted cupboards and I have zero need for new ones.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you are a master carpenter. The instructions are horrible, the company's contact us page doesn't work, customer support isn't available on weekends and there are no instructional videos for how to properly reattach doors onto the Lazy Susan. Unless you hire a professional craftsman, you will have hours and hours of frustration.
