So for the last two months remodeling our kitchen. I ordered cabinets and forgot to have this installed.My buddy was also doing her kitchen And she had it installed so she took a picture and sent it to me. I Quickly Took the measurement of my cabinet, looked on YouTube and saw one particular video With the gentleman was very clear on installation. So I ordered this on Amazon and installed it myself. It was exactly what I needed and be an asset in my kitchen. It was easy, Peezy to install. Highly recommended.

The tray and hinges were fine. Screws were not an issue as I pre drilled all the holes. The issue was no instructions on how to do it. I was able to get some of the information from the internet but nothing on where to put the holes in the false drawer front.

We bought this to replace the two smaller ones that came pre-installed in our new sink cabinet. Swapping them out was a breeze and this holds everything we need. Perfect!

Pros: 1) This is a beautifully made product. Love the stainless steel. 2) Ron The DIY Guy does a great installation video on you tube that simplifies the process.Cons: 1) They snap closed like alligator jaws. I would recommend buying the soft close hinges instead. 2) No installation instructions or hinge template (as is called "Vital" on the you tube installation videos I viewed) is included nor is there a PDF link available with this particular sale. I would find a set in the original box with instructions if I repurchased.

Looks great, works great and does what I needed it to do. A couple small gripes, but I won't hold it against the product.- Packaging could've been a bit stronger, it arrived kind of bent in a dented box. It bends back easily enough, but that was a bit annoying to open up to.- Screws are awkward to get in with as sink in the way, needed some smaller screwdrivers to work it in- Soft close would've been nice to match up with the rest of the soft close in the kitchen

This shelf was fairly easy to install and works great. The springs are super strong so I am not worried about them losing tension with time.
