I really like this top world spindle by Revolution Fibers. it's got an eye catching, elegant design and the weight is just right. I prefer to spin a worsted weight and I find this easier than other spindles I've used. I try not to fill all the way to the bottom because it's tapered, but apart from that,there's literally nothing more I could ask for. Very, very sturdy.

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas, and he’s addicted! He can spin just about anything with this … I believe the method is “park, pinch, draft.†Once he got the hang of it, he was easily spinning large threads in no time. It’s been a wonderful first spindle for him. It is beautifully high quality, and the engravings are so fun.

Got my spindle today and it's beautiful. Perfect shape! The seller has rethought their packaging and it was so well packaged. They put a hard plastic thing over the hook for protection. It will be wonderful for when I'm traveling to protect the hook then too. The entire spindle was wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a pretty blue satin carry bag. Just incredible how well protected it came!The spindle is so well made and so pretty. I can't wait to get started with it!

As a new spinner, I find that the feel and ease of this spindle helps me too develop a feel for the process. I've been knitting for most of my life and recently my daughter began raising sheep. I felt compelled to learn to spin. Using the right tools is always a good place to start.

This arrived sooner than expected & in excellent condition. I haven't had a chance to 'take it for a spin yet' but others in my Spindle Groups have said it was an excellent choice!
