This was on sale over the holidays so I talked myself into getting it. This is pricey but you get what you pay for. It's well made and works great. It makes it so much easier to make a grilled sandwich. It doesn't leak anything into the toaster and is fast. It cleans so quick that I don't have to use the dishwasher. It's great to not have to get a pan and a spatula out while wasting time flipping it checking to see how toasted it is.

If you have kids who love grilled cheese sandwiches, this is a game changer! Its so easy to use and a lot less mess than a frying pan and spatula, a lot easier to clean up. Its a quality built product that is holding up to daily use in my house and I have a 16-year old athlete who is always hungry. Additionally, unlike other kitchen gadgets over the years, the compact size makes it an easy stash and stow away, out of sight, for the hours or the rare day we aren't using it!

I haven't tried it yet, I really hope it works as promised, I'm a little afraid to put it in the toaster, but it seems like a great idea.I finally dared to use it, and I really, really enjoyed it. It did the job as promised. The toast came out just as I planned and wanted it to be. I highly recommend it.

This product is great, but it's lacking...... I bought this item when it was $50!!! and that's expensive for something like this. Now it's $80!??!?!? Thats ridiculous. Don't get me wrong it's an ok product, but if you don't have a whole lot of spending money don't get this. it works ok, but it has its flaws in how much it costs. Every time I make a ham and cheese it doesn't want to latch like it was made in China.

First off this is a good idea, just executed very poorly. There is a plastic bit that is behind the hinge of the handle, popped out of it's spot the third use. Every second or third use the entire thing gets stuck inside the toaster, and needs to be pulled out with force, then you have to bring back the screen, hit toast, and cancel to get the lift tray back up. The metal this thing is made of seems like recycled gum wrappers, you look at it funny, and the metal gets a bend, or dent. I got it on a very rare sale for 30% off or so, and it still isn't worth the money. This is a cheaply made, piss poor attempt at gimmick for a very expensive toaster which is also acting up, and not working correctly already. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!! A decent panini press is LESS money than this piece of junk. If there were a lower star rating available I would have picked that, people need to know to steer clear of this trash.
