I bought the silver to go over a black dress. I love the shawl, however, it did not come with the buckle which is upsetting. I really wanted the buckle. Beautiful shawl!

I wore this in the same style as the website picture over a low cut dress . It covered the back so I was able to wear a normal strapless without anyone seeing the strap. Because of this, I really like that it came with a buckle to hold it in place. It gave my outfit an additional element of elegance.
