These fasteners are great for securing countertops. The adjustability makes installation a breeze, and they hold strong.

Second time I’ve used these connectors for joining countertops. The install is simple even if you’re not a woodworker. I biscuit or spline my countertops together and use these for extra mechanical strength. The first counter I used them on was a 40â€x120†peninsula countertop. Now after nearly eight years, you can’t find the joint and the slab is still flat.

It takes a bit of finesse to turn these. I used a nail set and a right angle pick. But, they are strong, and crank down well once you get the hang of turning the ball-shaped nut. Buy a Freud forstner bit (7/8â€) to get the holes right

These work great. I did I decided to use them exposed to keep the split in the live edge together then cover with epoxy.

Overall they are what they are, but they are a royal pain to install. Install one and installing the next the first falls out, the ring on the end with the flat section is very finicky. is almost a 2 person job top use these. They are marginally better than the ones you get from the big box stores, but if I had it to do again think I would have just used pocket holes/screws.

Can’t use these with out buying templates for cut outs. It’s very hard to tighten once in.

Installed 4 of these on a live edge desk I built and love the tight fit these fasteners created. Take your time on the install and I recommend getting the drill guide for creating a seamless fit.

The product works fine. It’s just way too expensive for what it is.

This is a garbage product for particle board. If your hole is a fraction oversize it will gouge the hole and want to pivot out as you tighten it.
