This is the perfect size for average hogs. Might be small for 250lb ones but for regular pigs it’s great!

I’ve been looking for a good small gambrel and this one is perfect. Sturdy, light, just the right size. Picture shows a small wild hog.

My normal gambrel is way too big for dwarf goats, This one was perfect size. The only down side is the two hooks are really sharp like you could push them into the animals legs if you needed. So I'm always afraid I'm going to stick myself. But it did not fail me. I think I'll have many years of use out of it

Used this on a 100 lb feral hog and it worked well. Had bought a larger gambrel and it looked like it might be too larger for smaller hogs and it was. Glad I had this one on hand.

Bought this for skinning fur (Coyotes, bobcats, foxes, raccoons). It's just the right size for that, wouldn't recommend for deer. Would have given a 5-star rating but there are a few sharp bubbles from welding I had to use a flex on and the hooks were also rough cut. For the price it's good though.

Bought this to use with wild hogs. The gambrel we use for deer is too wide. Works great.
