Splines on intermediate shaft did not fit sleeve internal splines. Ordered from a different supplier.

As the headline states, this item has quality machining. Edge are crisp but broken so nothing sharp. Every single bearing in the intermediate shaft housing is included, no having to hunt down this or that. It even has seals, Ram didn't have seals when they originally produced the intermediate shaft. It's not just a fix, it's prevention for future issues.I feel like I struck gold with this one.
