It's so cute and sticks very securely to my phone. I love the snap so I don't have to worry about anything falling out. The ring was fine, a little too stiff sometimes but holds up great. If yours isn't then I suggest a trade in rather than refund, it's really a great product. It fit my ID, 2 bank cards and my laundromat card with still room for a another or 2.The downside is it's not compatible with my cellphone stand in the car. It causes my phone to be too thick and it doesn't grip it. Still an awesome case though but since I didn't want to buy a new cellphone holder for the car I might have to find a new one of these. My cellphone car holder is touch button activated for one handed placement and have had for over 2 years so I definitely don't want to buy a new one. I'm keeping this though and saving for the future because I really do love it.

I really like this credit card holder. It's not only cute but it works really well too. I carry 5 credit cards and at first the holder was REALLY tight. Then I stuck some thick pens and pencils into it and stretched it out a bit and now it works great. I used to have a holder where it was stretchy but my cards KEPT falling out and that was it - I knew I was going to lose one or all of them. I love it so far (after stretching it). If you use 4 cards, it works perfectly. This one with the snap is SO secure.

I wanted to make the jump to carrying a pared down wallet on the back of my phone, but still have the capability of a ring for holding and propping my phone up. This card holder & ring achieves two out of my three missions. The card carrying capacity works well, and I like the security of the snap. I've only had it for a month, so I'm not sure how much it will stretch, but currently tightly hold 2-3 cards depending on the thickness of the card. I have also carried a folded up bill in place of a card. I love the freedom of not having a wallet and feel confident that my cards won't fall out.However, the ring portion of the product is disappointing. I became addicted to my ring on the back of my last phone case for both holding it and propping it up. This product is okay for holding the phone, it's more of where it is placed (needs to be closer to the top of the product, so it will be centered on the phone) that makes it not as convenient to use. As far as propping up the phone vertically on a flat surface, the ring is pretty much useless as the phone just flops back down. It does work though if you try to prop your phone horizontally. My main hope was to be able to set it down and prop it up vertically to read from it, but that is not doable with this product. I think the issue is that the ring is a little too small and again the placement should be further up. To avoid the camera the product is placed on the bottom of the phone, making the ring centered too low. Since this is an inexpensive item, if I can find another product similar to this one with a ring that I think will work better, I will switch items.

I love it! It stays on very well. The kick stand broke on my old phone and I couldn't use it as a kick stand anymore but it was still useful as a loop to hold my phone with one hand. I hold my cards in it and the kick stand on my new phone is still working.I had to put baby powder in the card holder because it was too sticky and hard to take my cards out. The baby powder helped though.

Overall, the pouch does keep my cards in the back of my phone. However, compared to other attachable slim wallets, there isn't a lot of friction in the pouch so the cards kind of move around (they want fall out, due to the buckled latch). Personally, I prefer the pouches that do not have the latch and have more friction in the pouch, but I thought I'd try this product out, too. Moreover, the ring on the pouch fell off after about 1-2 months. Eventually, I took the pouch off completely. So, if you like the buckled latch on your card pouch, I think this is a decent product, but it just isn't for me!

I love this product because I always have my ID and at least one credit card. It is also good to hold a little cash. Attached ring makes it great for propping the phone to watch videos or holding on when taking selfies. Only had to replace when I changed cases. Cost is low and utility high.

This is the third one I have purchased and I absolutely love it. You have to put some muscle into getting them off they stick strongly. Snaps shut to keep my cards safe. Looks very attractive and high quality. The size is perfect!

Been using this to hold a wide range of cards and it works wonderfully. Recently bought a new phone and it surprisingly was fairly easy to remove and reapply to my new case without any hassle.Comfortable in your hand and very helpful when having to hold your phone in one hand.

Loved it and it broke just outside the return window. I have no idea how you are suppose to contact the seller or eBay. Very frustrating
