Absolutely perfect, with good heat for a small area. Keeps room at 70® when it was in the 40's® (room size 12 ft x 20.However, my house was built in 1978, and the wires aren't rated for the High Heat function which produces 1,500 watts. I smelled a burning smell and shut it down quick before a electrical fire started! Know your wiring and don't have other things running. I had the TV, sound bar, camera, outdoor lights, computer, modem and router all on one line/breaker.Now I don't run the heat, even on Low or 750 watts, until I get an electrician overEither way I'm keeping it since I can turn off the heat and we love the look. We never use the sound but it's a nice feature.

Wish it had more ability to control the features. There’s a high and low heat setting, but no way to control a specific temperature. The sound feature is way too loud, it would be nice to have a volume control. The flame is great, and has a dimmer control, well done on that feature.

This is a nice vibe but you have to make sure the room is really dark so the background glass isn’t visible

Heating is good. Glow of logs is good. Flames viewed straight on is good. Side view of flames is limited. Overall for price it is a good value. I placed it in a wood burning fireplace we rarely use. Mostly for the ambiance and not for the heat. We reside in Louisiana and don’t experience extreme cold for more than a handful of days.

I love this fireplace it was everything I needed and expected.I love hearing the crackling sounds and it looks so real. The heat is also very good. The fireplace is very amazing and I love it. Thank you,!
