I love pilates and use this to stretch a lot. It comes with exercise cards, which is awesome! I love it, I'm somewhat concerned about the sturdiness but no reason to be as of yet

I tried this today and am amazed how good of a workout you get. Strong and well put together. Just be careful when you take the band off of it once you take it out of the plastic.. that thing will fly across the room.. just be careful.

Well made, it was bought as a gift. As w/ any exercise equipment it is only as good as the person using it - recipient doesn't use it but the product was solid built, so not a reflection of the product.

I bought 2 of these, one is fine, but the other seems to be cracking. Good resistance, but unfortunate it’s breaking down this soon
