Benchbwas received on time,box was badly beaten up,frame had scratches, wrench came with bench was very cheap so I used my own tools to assemble it, one of the screws/bolts to secure the arm rest was totally stripped but it didn't didn't affect the overall bench as arm rest was secure tightly by rest of bolts, very good bench in general and very sturdy and comfortable but I gave it one star due to frame scratches and one stripped bolt/screwUpdate 12/3/2022This company is awesome, customer service is superb,they contacted me and offered me $70 partial refund or replacement of the whole bench with a new one so I took the refund as the only problem was some scratches on the frame with only one bolt loose that didn't really affect the sturdiness of the bench, overall the bench is really great,comfortable, sturdy and very stylish with really a very good price.This company is trustworthy and they really stand behind their products,they kept telling me to contact them if I face any issue with the bench in the future. I highly recommend this company and this bench.

The bench arrived with all the necessary parts. Easy assembly took 45min. with clear instructions. Reccomend using your own box wrenches and / or ratchet for assembly. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully by not tightening all the fastners until the next to last step of assembly. That will ensure alignment of all parts. I chose this bench because it appeared sturdier than most of the available models. That is indeed the case. Rock solid. My only nit is I wish the elbow rest was also height adjustable. (the seat is) But I knew that before purchasing. It does what it says it does. Good curl bench for moderate home gym use.

The quality is par with the price. Not “big boy†gym quality but it works. I wish the hooks were 4†wider so a standard EZ curl bar would rest better in them. Small gripe. The padded platform is padded nicely and wide. Overall for most average joes this is a decent bench.

Let me start by saying that the DESIGN is very nice and sleek and is primarily what got my attention... but the proportions of this curl bench are way off for even an average person. All the reviews about the unit being too short are spot on. I'm 5'8" with average length arms and it was too short for me. Luckily I was able to modify it for my needs by adding a 3x3 box tube at the top to act as a spacer between the pad and the frame. Yes 3" is what an AVERAGE person needs to add to make this work. Additionally, the pads while firm, are lightweight and sub par (I think the substrate is extremely thin and lightweight). My elbow pad has a piece of wood (or something) between the vinyl and the pad dead center in the front and it is very annoying.

The weight shelf isn't low enough for the bar to clear during use. My arms aren't even that long but it's too short

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Solid buy! Only gripe I have is that the seat is a little wobbly but other than that I do not regret the purchase at all!
