I purchased two pair for hiking the infamous Narrows in Zion National Park. The river water was 38 degrees that day and the socks paired with cheap water hiking shoes allowed us to do a 3 hour hike in the Virgin River. Be aware that these socks are designed to insulate for warmth, but will not keep your feet dry unless worn in waders. They are machine washable and line dry overnight. I was pleased with the quality, comfort, fit and price. Northern Minnesota lakes are pretty chilly after the ice goes out in the spring and I expect these socks will help when it is time to venture into the lake to put the dock in. Great product.

Good product design, comfortable and warm at first, but material wears out fast. It loses its snug fit and gets frayed at the pressure points after several uses.

These wading stockings fit they are a durable neoprene. I am a fly fisherman and plan to use these with my waiting boots when it is warm, too warm to wear full waders. These will probably let water in and soak my feet, but I just need a stocking that will fill up the oversized waiter boots I bought for fitting over my waiter booties. When I go without waiters I still need a thick sock or neoprene booty or neoprene stocking to take up the extra room and these are perfect. They should hold up if not these are a decent price and I can buy another pair of these easily. I have seen neoprene stockings in fly shops for $50 plus, and I don't see the necessary need to spend that much on something like this. It's really superflu's and frivolous.

These are terrific neoprene wading socks. As some others commented, these are not waterproof socks, since the seams are not sealed. Importantly, they are not intended to be waterproof. The primary purpose of these socks is insulation for water sports. This includes wet wade fishing, which is what I used them for. They are very well made, with flat and durable stitching. I have large feet (size 12) and large calves, and the largest size 3XL fit well. I wore these under some pants for wet wading a cold creek and they did quite well in keeping my feet and legs from knee down warm. Just be sure to use oversized shoes or wading boots since they take up room just like a pair of neoprene waders. Very nice and highly recommended.
