About this item

  • Premium Protection for Your Leatherman: Our handcrafted full-grain leather sheath securely holds your Leatherman Surge, Super Tool 300, CORE multitools. The stiff leather of the multitool pouch case and belt loop breaks in over time, providing lasting protection and easy access.
  • Built to Last: This multitool holster features a no-thread, riveted construction with solid brass rivets, ditching flimsy clips and fraying stitches for durability. These rivets withstand everyday wear and tear, so your utility belt pouch stays strong long after the stitching on lesser sheaths has given out.
  • Timeless Leather Durability: Our multitool belt pouch is made of thick Full-grain leather, the toughest and most beautiful leather available. This multitool belt holster is built to endure the harshest conditions, keeping your multi-tool safe and ready for action, wherever your adventures take you.
  • Perfect Fit, Secure Carry: Our multitool sheath for belt is tailored to perfectly hold your multitool in place. The snug fit of the leather belt pouch keeps your tool secure, while the pass-through belt slot ensures comfortable carrying on your belt.
  • Made in the USA: This multitool belt sheath is proudly crafted by American Bench Craft, a veteran-owned company based in Wilmington, Massachusetts. By choosing this multitool case, you're supporting American craftsmanship and veterans.

Leather Multitool Case, American Bench Craft, USA made
  • This is only temporary. During the first few days of use, we recommend putting the case on your belt first, then inserting your Multi-Tool once the case is on your belt. Within a few days, the leather will form perfectly around your belt.

  • Depending on the shape of your Multi-Tool, some of our leather cases have a snug fit at first. Please allow a few days for your case to break in around your multi-tool for easy insertion and extraction.

  • Please make sure that you are inserting your Multi-Tool correctly according to our user videos, that you are pushing your Multi-Tool all the way to the bottom of the case, and that you ordered the correct case for your specific Multi-Tool.

  • Unfortunately, at this time, we do not make a case to hold the additional bits for any Multi-Tools.

  • Stitching wears and frays with constant use. That same friction that wears stitching, polishes our solid brass rivets. Our riveted design is meant to ensure that our case lasts just as long as your tool, if not longer!

I bought this for my old Gerber MP800 when my nylon sheath finally wore a hole through it. I wanted something simple and sturdy, but nice enough to wear to work. It fit my MP800 perfectly. Some things you should know before you buy.Good: This sheath is very simple and looks built to last. The leather is thick and stiff, and seems quality. There is no stitching, it's built with rivets and a snap closure. It should handle the beating that a multi-tool sheath takes for many years. The look is low key, stylish and quality, and looks good with jeans or slacks. The belt "loop" (actually just a large leather strip riveted to the back of the tool pouch) is very large, and handles even wide leather belts without issue.Bad: This is personal preference, but the sheath design rides high on the belt. This can make it hard to get comfortable, especially when sitting, and is a bit different from other sheaths. The open seam at the back of the tool pouch gets caught sometimes when threading the belt through the "loop", so you have to be a bit careful putting the sheath on.Overall, this is pretty much exactly what I wanted. I expect it to last for many years, and I can't wait to see how the leather ages as it breaks in.

I don't write reviews, but I'm so impressed with this American Bench Craft quality that I just had to share. The first sheath I bought from them, for my Leatherman Supertool 300, has lasted about 3 years with absolutely no wear, no rips, and just a beautiful aging of the leather. And, it didn't take long for the leather to relax and allow easy removal of the tool. I often scrape it on the ground as I'm working under my truck. I purchased an EDC Fans multi-blade tool for all my daily cutting needs. It's original, fabric sheath started ripping at about 4 months. I like the tool and needed a new sheath. I noticed that it would easily slide into the leather sheath of the Supertool. Done! Sold! Quality Leather and Union wages are high, but it is well worth the price for something that will last and for something that is made of quality craftsmanship and materials. I would highly recommend you bite the bullet and shell out the extra money for this sheath because it will last. Too many American and Foreign companies have cheapened themselves by using inferior materials.

I ordered this case for my Leatherman Blast, an older model Leatherman, which has fewer tools than newer models and smaller in size. This case is perfect even with the extra room, cause the snap is super sturdy and holds the tool in place. The concerns in some reviews I read about the difficulty pushing your belt through the loop because of the leather seam is a complete non-issue. In one simple movement, when you thread the belt through the case's loop with your right hand, you rapidly figure out to depress the leather with the thumb of your left hand, and the belt goes through quickly and unimpeded. This is a quality product. I applied a good coat of Obenauf's Leather Preservative made from bee's wax, also the best, and the case is supple yet firm.

I have searched the internet high a low for an actual leather sheath for my Leatherman Surge. Nothing I have found even comes close to the quality of this product, especially at this price point. I've never understood how Leatherman can craft such high quality tools, but sell them with cheap nylon fall apart sheathing. Imho they should take a hint from their own name. That being said, this product is a high quality leather sheath for my Leatherman Surge. It is durable, professional looking, fits the tool well, and rides on my waist even better. From the craftsmanship of this sheath I can trust that it will last for years even given minimum care. My reason for docking 1 star is that the Surge has bit kits and a very useful bit extension that can used with the tool. While American Bench Craft clearly indicates that this sheath is for the tool only and not the bits/extension, I do wish they offered a sheath with this option.

This is a well made holder. I bought it for my leatherman surge and it fits it well. As some others had mentioned, it can be a little difficult to slip onto belt due to the way it is made with one piece of leather so there is a spot where both pieces meet at the back and the belt can get caught on it, but the solution is to slip it on without the leatherman in the thing--then it goes on the belt easily, then I insert my leatherman.

Over priced if you can build yourself otherwise worth every penny, a generational product no question. Fitting the Supertool 300 better than the nylon case that showed holes within ten days & twice the quality of the original leather case that broke twice.

Perfect for my Leatherman. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a little hard to get onto your belt. I found that if you do not have your Leatherman in the pouch and do a little squeezing, then you can get your belt in. Personally I have it on a belt that I wear everyday so I don't have to remove it and put it back on again.

This is a nice piece of leather, and well made. As it is a very simple piece, there's no much more to say, but I will look for this company for future needs. Nice to get some real quality from my Amazon purchases once in a while!
