Tray looks as good (both design and make) as new HP OEM tray. Price, shipping, and packaging were all great. Fitment onto printer was easy. Look no further than this one. Very pleased.

I had my printer for years and was heartbroken when the tray broke. This printer tray is a great replacement. It works as intended.

Had to shave a little off the hinges but it fit good after the modification. I have an old & obsolete HP printer that still works like a charm, as long as parts are available, it'll keep going

Ordered on Nov. 26, got it today...so about 2 weeks.... Packaging says from NY. Needed this paper output tray. It's sturdy and fit perfectly. I had to nip the tips (just a little tiny bit) in order to insert it to the printer... Pictures attached, with tray extended and flipped over when not in used so it's out of the way....Can't beat the price. even with shipping.... all in all cost less than $8.

It is a paper output catch tray for an HP 1020 laserjet printer. Without the tray printed pages fall onto the floor or try to curl over and feed back into the printer. The attachment ears break off easily if pressure is applied. This is our fourth tray. I was ready to give up until I saw the Amazon ad for this tray.It apparently ships from China. I ordered it partially to see how long delivery would take--and if it would actually show up. (About $11 for 2 trays with shipping.). The original delivery estimate was about 2 weeks to about 6+ weeks. I received it in about 3 weeks which was ok for me. It was packed appropriately and both the product & the external packaging was undamaged. (In a shaped box wrapped in bubble wrap.) Don't rely on the shipment tracking entries--the only that matters or is likely accurate is that it has shipped. One manufacturing or design flaw in this duplicate tray. An original HP extension arm on the tray has a feature, perhaps a bump on each surface, where if the extension is pulled past that point then the extension will not slide back down if jostled. This duplicate does not have that feature that prevents the extension from sliding back down when you don't want it to. That no-slide feature is minor but handy. You lose the adjustability but the extension could be taped or glued in the extended position or just use it without the extension being pulled out, which is what we are doing--works if not printing a lot of pages at one time.Installation tip: That cut out notch at the back of the tray is there for a reason--it weakens the tray at that midpoint so that it will flex/ bend slightly. Careful, not too much pressure. Try it before installing to see that it flexes. Insert one tray ear into the attachment hole, apply Mild pressure at the notch midpoint while gently pushing in on the plastic arm on which the other attachment ear is molded. The uninserted ear will slide right into the hole. In the video that I viewed the tray was installed from an upright 90 degree angle to make it easier to apply pressure to the notch. It was just as easy for me to perform the operation when the tray was in it's normal printer position.I recommend this tray; just be aware of the delivery time, don't use too much pressure to install, & know that the extension arm will not stay extended by itself. Too bad, if they had programmed in that feature that prevents the extension arm from sliding back down, it would have been a perfect duplicate. ($11 including shipping for 2--what do you have to lose?)

It was a bit of a struggle to get it attached but once on it is indistinguishable from the original output tray.
