Easily installed over my steps. Seems well made. Good room for larger boots. Be sure you plant the toe of your boot securely as these like any step aider will sway on you if you shift your weight less than straight down.

Upgraded to the jx3 sticks from the hawk helium sticks I used last year. Being 5’5†I definitely needed help getting over 15-18ft off the ground without aiders. These not only fit my jx3 sticks nice and tight but also my hawk sticks. Compare that to the $90 5 step aider I used last year, I’d said well within budget and same quality. Now if they’d just come back in stock so I could purchase 3 more!

Durable, strong feel with very solid stitching. Re: use with hawk helium sticks - they're very tight over the outer edge of the step. Use Allen wrench and socket to remove your steps, feed aider loops over back of step, reattach step to stick. Once on, aiders will not come off unless forced with great effort. Perfect solution for hunters who plan to use the same bottom stick all year.
